Service Requests

For your convenience this Portal includes an Electronic Tenant® Service Request System. Your firm's designated tenant contact should use this system to submit all maintenance and housekeeping requests; to track the status of previously submitted requests; and to communicate with the Management Office.

To submit a request via the Electronic Tenant® Service Request System:

  1. Simply click on the link below or use the "Service Request" quick link on the Electronic Tenant® Portal
  2. Enter your username and password

Click here to log into Tenant Center (opens in new window).

Once you have logged into the system, you will be presented with four options:

  1. Submit a Service Request
  2. View your Existing Requests
  3. Update Contact Information
  4. Manage Notifications
