Per your Medical Office Building Lease Agreement, rent is due and payable on the first day of each month.
Late fees will be assessed if payment is not received by the 10th of the month it is due. While rent is due without demand, Lincoln Harris CSG provides you with a monthly statement for your convenience and as a courtesy. However, if for any reason you do not receive the statement, payment is still expected and late fees will be assessed if payment is not received on time. Therefore, please call the management office if you have any questions are your rent and the amount due.
